Malcolm: What did you think when you first heard about the bear thing?
Kevin: ...and the more I heard about it, when Malcolm talked about it
and exposed it more and more to me, it was just so appealing. And it
was like, "fuck! I wish I loved cock!" I would be the king of the bears! I
would be the president of Bearland!

Kevin: ...Gays can be as catty as fucking straight people, in terms of
the prejudice regarding the aesthetic, right? That's why it was so
wonderful to hear about the bear aspect of the gay community. I
imagine within the community itself there are certain standards as
well. "bear" covers a wide array, not just heavyset dudes like me.

----- So there's a wide kind of array, but still it's about finding beauty
and attraction in traditionally the non-attractive in regards to the
aesthetic. That's what kinda cool about it.
